(1)

Sellers   should   guarantee   the   goods   in   shipment   must   the   same   as  the   samples.

 

(2)

Insurance   should   be   done   by   buyers.

 

(3)

If   buyers   have   claim,    they   should   propose   for   sellers   within   fourteen    working   days   after   the   goods   land   at   the   destination.

 

(4)

Unless   another   descripition,    all   quotations    are   certain    quotation.(firm    quatation)

(5)

Any   dispute    which   can’t   be   friendly   settled   between   the   two   parties   in   this   contract   should   settle   in   Taipei   arbitration.
