Raising    children    is   an    insurance    for   the   old   age   of   parents    is    a    Chinese    tradition    concept.    But   the    industry     and    business   development   makes    big     family    weak.    Most    youngers    prefer     being    independent    of     their    parents     to     living    with    the    older.    Moreover,    the    more    and    more    old    people    in    Taiwan    are    by     modern    medicine    development.    The    older    will    be   old     enough   to    take    care    of   themself    one    day,    and    they    will    feel    helpness     and    lonely.    So    the    government    should    make   plans    and    take    care   of    them    so    that    making    them    enjoy    the    rest    of    their    lives.
