I     jogged     in    the    park    and    met    an    old    friend    who    I    have   never    seen    before   on   the    day    of    last    week.    He    used    to    thin,      short,     and    weak    in    my    momery.    But    to    my    surprise,    he     looked    like    fine    now.    He    told   me    he    was    never    sick    since   he    got    from    the    habit    of    get   up    and    go    to    bed    early.    In    view    of    this,     good    life    habit    is   indeed    very    important    for    health.
