There    is     recently   a    water    shortage    in   Taiwan   everywhere    in    several   years.    One   of    the    reason   is    people    pumping    out   the    underwater     have   several    years.   Moreover,   people   throw   away   garbage   at   will    and   cause   the   streams   serious   pollution.    But   the   worst   is   the    forests   in   taiwan   have   cut   down   excessively    seriously.    For   people   all    welfare,    the government    should   notice   the   water    and      soil     conservation    closely.
