The sleeping habit between the youngers and the old is different. Most youngers don’t often still stay up very late, and the next morning they can’t get up early. The old usually have nothing to do at night, so they go to bed very early. Which are more healthy between two different sleeping habits? In fact, as long as we sleep well, it’s all right to go to bed early or late.
