As  far  as  learning  English  is  concerned,  the  ability  of  speaking  is  very  important.  We  never  take  it  for  granted  that  learning  English  is  the  aim  of  just  pass  the  college   extrance  examinine.  If  we  have  such  a  idea,  it  puts  the  cart  before  the  horse  and  it  is  a  big  wrong.  However  with  express  our  mind  in  fluent  English  is  never  a  easy  thing.  The  best  way  to  get  the  goal  is praticing  constantly.
